手作愛玉 Handmade AiYu Jelly

愛玉,是夏天必備的消暑聖品+飯後甜品
而且只有台灣才有,要買從阿里山來的。
以前小時候,都會跟媽媽去菜市場買愛玉吃,加上檸檬跟糖水,簡直人間美味。
但目前人不在台灣,決定靠萬能的雙手/工具來完成吃愛玉的心願
洗愛玉要用礦物質含量高的水,其他都洗不好~
所以我決定用法國的Contrex來洗,他家的水有股特殊的味道,個人真的很喜歡。
聽說在法國,小孩都喝Evian,男人喝Volvic, 女人喝Contrex.
因為每款水裡的礦物含量都不同,適合不同的族群喝。
Contrex有特別添加鎂,鈣,包裝也非常少女,桃紅色+愛心。
用Le Creuset的鍋真的非常療癒~除了重沒有其他缺點。
煮飯就是要開心~Cheer up

AiYu jelly, only can be found in Taiwan,
most of them are from Ai Li Shan. Mid of Taiwan.
When I was a child, always buy AiYu Jelly with my mum at traditional market.
Simple way to make this jelly, first, must use water, which fulls with minerals.
I choose Contrex to wash those AiYu seeds, while wash and leave for 15 mins, it becomes jelly.
Add some fresh squeeze lemon juice, mix with brown sugar syrup/water.
Put into fridge for 15 mins, after supper, it taste nice to end this wonderful evening.
AiYu jelly is ready to serve.
